I served as as the Publications and Communications Coordinator at OneGroup from August 2017 to May 2021.
I was primarily responsible for writing product marketing plans, generating content, and taking care of the company’s social media/email marketing. I tracked the analytics for several tools and helped ensure the success of the company’s overall communications strategy. I used my journalism skills in developing memorable media to share with our clients, prospects, and internal team.
My favorite part of the job was that I got to learn something new every day. Whether it was a new marketing tactic, a new communications technology, or a new insight into the world of insurance, risk management, and claims, my role at OneGroup challenged me to grow my skills, ideas and horizons.
While at OneGroup, I made sure that our agents had the materials they needed to sell their products, and our customers had the information they needed to understand their insurance. Click below for some samples of my work.
