Yankee Magazine and NewEngland.com

Interning with Yankee Publishing has provided me with more wonderful opportunities than I could have ever dreamed of. One of these was the opportunity to create content for the web. I’ve been encouraged to explore a wide variety of my writing interests, including food, history, and folklore. Most importantly, I’ve been able to establish a sense of place in the region I call my home. The six states of New England are teeming with things to do, places to go, and stories to uncover – and I’m so grateful to have been able to do my part in sharing them.

In 2015, these posts lived on yankeemagazine.com. However, they now have a new home – newengland.com. The new site was unveiled in July, 2016 after many months of careful planning and development. Being a part of the preparation and aftermath of the launch equipped me with a digital skill set that I’m certain I’ll use in my future for years to come.

Click on each title to read the story on newengland.com. I hope you enjoy reading them as much as I enjoyed writing them!
